Mental health assessments

• Assistance in assessing, diagnosing, and treatment plan write up for various mental health program  to determine specialty mental health needs.

Program Evaluation

• Are you starting a new program or need support in staying in compliance with an existing program? In addition to writing mental health assessments, I can evaluate your program needs, goals,  and help you stay in compliance with your contract guidelines as well as provide guidance on staff /client retention.

Clinical Supervision

• -Do you have an abundance of ASW/MFT interns that need clinical supervision for tracking post-grad hours? I provide individual and group supervision hours.

Progress Note Writing

• Is your agency struggling in writing specialty mental health notes… those dreaded Medi-cal  notes that have caused low staff productivity and reduce staff retention? I have many years of experience learning “the art of Medi-cal writing” to relieve the note writing pressure of budding new clinicians

School-based mental health topics

• Have you noticed a number of your students suffering from stress and depression. Noticing youth reporting bullying from peers? What about the  stress student athletes face? I have worked in several districts assisting school faculty in running groups and psycho education assemblies on a variety of topics such as: Depression Warning Signs, Understanding Intense Emotions, etc

• A MUST for your organization that gives a “lift” in morale character, and an increase of a positive attitude for staff. DEI reminds employees of their individuality and the freedom to be their best authentic self. My job is to help you understand why is DEI important, providing a careful and individual assessment of your companies barriers to ensure everyone has access to the same treatment.

Clinician Support Group

• This group is for licensed clinicians that yearns for case consultation, workgroups, and support in the mental health field. Meeting times are TBD.
